The Town of Gilbert is hiring a Lift Station Technician to monitor and maintain wastewater lift stations within the service area. You will perform daily observations, reactive and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant training and experience, on-call duties, and ADEQ Grade 1 certification with a Class B CDL and Tanker Endorsement.

This is an FLSA Non-Exempt, at-will position with the Town of Gilbert.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures that are part of the Arizona climate.
You must be available to work a 4-10 schedule within our service hours: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM. On call, required, one (1) week every five (5) weeks, with one (1) week of backup within the five (5) week rotation. While on-call, it is required to work 4 hours of overtime each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The work of a lift station technician requires working near wastewater.
