Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 1 year experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of heavy-duty pumping equipment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment in water and wastewater plants.
• Operate and maintain lift stations and power generators.
• Troubleshoot control panels and read blueprints/diagrams.
• Keep records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Transport and connect portable generators during outages.
• May supervise crew and train staff.
