Job summary

Lost Valley Management LLC is seeking a Lift Operations Attendant to assist guests with loading at the lifts, maintain the loading area, and monitor lift operation throughout the day.

Responsibilities include ticket checks, reporting issues to the supervisor, and performing morning setup to ensure readiness for operation the next day. Must be 18+, with strong customer service and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of lift policies for employees and guests.
• Good work ethic, dependability and customer service skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Aid guests in the lift-loading process via explanation and “bumping” chairs.
• Maintain surface of loading area and maze throughout the day.
• Monitor lift to ensure proper function and be vigilant for problems.
• Check lift ticket/season pass before loading.
• Notify supervisor if problems or incidents are detected.
• Perform morning pre-operational setup of assigned lift.
