Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead Lift Technicians and ES Service Technicians in field service, installation, inspection, and preventive maintenance at customer locations. This role blends technical leadership with strong customer engagement to ensure safety, quality, and on-time service delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, provide technical guidance, support staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience with lifting equipment or related gear.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring technicians in field service.
• Ability to interact with customers and manage multi-discipline service schedules.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and service reporting tools.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Lift Technicians and ES Service Technicians in field service activities.
• Schedule and coordinate field service work to meet customer commitments and goals.
• Provide technical guidance for complex lift equipment and service issues.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop customer relationships and respond to escalated service concerns.
• Assist with quotes, maintenance services, and reviews of service documentation.
