Power Digital Marketing is a tech-enabled growth firm that combines marketing, consulting and data intelligence. The team leverages Nova to analyze first-party data and drive revenue growth for global clients.

The role focuses on leading client strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving measurable retention and growth. The position supports a fully flexible work environment including remote, in-office or hybrid arrangements, with a USD base salary plus commission opportunities

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in lifestyle, high-AOV or considered-purchase marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex multi-channel stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support PM-led calls on smaller accounts.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email and creative teams around a unified strategy.
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to 90%+ retention rate.
• Use Iris and Nova daily; surface issues from performance data.
