Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail property management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong financial, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, invoice processing, vendor management, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall property management and operation of the portfolio.
• Support annual budget preparation, financial reporting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Review, code, and process invoices per company policies.
• Assist with capital projects, tenant improvements, and property enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts; ensure timely work completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain marketable conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Respond to tenant requests and maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate tenant openings, relocations, remodels, and closings; support leasing efforts.
• Assist in implementing marketing programs, community engagement, and events.
