Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties and all phases of property management.
• Prepare and implement operating budgets; evaluate budget performance.
• Oversee tenant improvements and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate with leasing, development, accounting, construction and finance; liaise with 3rd party vendors.
• Interface with other departments and drive company-wide initiatives and programs.
