Kimco Realty is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a Lifestyle portfolio in the Louisville market. The AGM will help with property operations, budgeting, vendor management, and tenant relations to keep centers competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail property management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong financial, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Experience with budgeting, invoice processing, vendor management, and tenant relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with lifestyle centers, open-air retail, shopping centers, or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Technology-forward mindset with curiosity for tools and AI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management and operation of properties.
• Support annual budget preparation, financial reporting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Review, code, and process invoices in line with policies.
• Assist with capital projects, tenant improvements, and property enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts; ensure timely work.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain marketable condition.
• Respond to tenant requests and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Coordinate tenant openings, relocations, remodels, and closings.
• Maintain vacancies in marketable condition and support leasing efforts.
• Assist in marketing, community engagement, and special event programs.
• Supervise property staff and foster teamwork, accountability, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and risk management.
