Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant to support residents in an assisted living and memory care community in Lincoln City, Oregon.

You will help plan and run activities, encourage participation, and assist with documentation and crafts, ensuring a homelike, inspiring environment for seniors. We offer competitive pay, daily pay, meals, holidays, 401K match, tuition assistance, life insurance, and training.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or willing to become vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents' fullest potential through planned activities
• Assist with documenting and developing programs
• Assist with the community's arts and crafts activities
• Transport residents safely to and from medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
