Westmont Living's Lakeview Senior Living in Lincoln City, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant to support residents with engaging activities and transportation to events and appointments.

The role requires assisting with programs, documenting activities, and ensuring safety and vaccination compliance. Westmont Living emphasizes training and strong team collaboration in a homelike community.

What we need from you:

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.

• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents' fullest potential through planned activities.

• Assist with documenting and developing programs

• Assist with the Community's arts and crafts activities.

• Transport residents safely to and from various locations such as: medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events

• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or must willing to get fully vaccinated.
