Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant/Driver to join our team at Newport, Oregon. You will assist with planned activities, transport residents to appointments and events, and help create engaging programs in a homelike setting.

The role supports resident well-being, encourages participation, and requires clearance checks and health screenings. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits through our onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs.
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities.
• Transport residents safely to appointments, shopping, activities and social events.
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
