Job summary

Westmont Living in Lincoln City, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant to support residents through engaging programs and daily activities.

You will assist with activities, help develop programs, transport residents to appointments and events, and ensure safety and comfort while delivering a friendly, homelike environment. Training provided; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or willing to get fully vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents' fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs
• Assist with the Community's arts and crafts activities.
• Transport residents safely to and from various locations such as: medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
