Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Lifestyle Apparel Team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy in the product data management system, handling data entry and maintenance, and preparing line sheets for seasonal meetings.

You will collaborate with Product Line Managers to update Line Plan worksheets, maintain Line Architecture tools, and support sample management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in apparel merchandising, business, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Experience with data tools to collect relevant data (Power BI, Edited).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex data sets.

Responsabilités

• Enter, update and maintain all system data and Line Plan worksheets in the PDM system.
• Prepare for key meetings and deliverables, including sample management and line sheets.
• Provide administrative support to management with strong priority management.
• Demonstrate flexibility, urgency, and strong communication across contacts.
