Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Lifestyle Apparel Team. This role works in the product data management system to ensure accuracy of product details and supports data entry, maintenance, and line sheets prep.

Hybrid role based out of our Portland, Oregon headquarters, with four days on-site per week; duties include assisting with Line Plan worksheets, Line Architecture tools, and preparation for key meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising, business, or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of software and reporting tools to collect relevant data.
Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe. Miro, Airtable.
Understanding of software and reporting tools used to collect relevant data, such as Power BI and Edited.

Responsibilities

Enter, update and maintain all system data as well as Line Plan worksheets, and Line Architecture tools.
Ensure the accuracy of the style and product line information in the PDM system throughout the creation process.
Prep for key meetings and deliverables, including sample management and preparing line sheets.
