Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Lifestyle Apparel Team at our Portland headquarters. You will manage data in the PDM system, update line plans, and assist in creating line sheets and sample management for key seasonal meetings.

You'll collaborate with Product Line Managers, ensure data accuracy, and prepare deliverables with strong prioritization and communication across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising, business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data collection tools and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe); includes Miro and Airtable.
• Experience with Power BI and Edited is a plus.

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Lifestyle Apparel Team. This person will work within the product data management system to ensure the accuracy of product details and support overall data entry and maintenance.This role supports various seasonal meetings and key merchandising deliverables by developing tools to assist in the analysis and presentation of the product. Provides administrative assistance to management. Demonstrates flexibility, a high level of priority management, resourcefulness, and a high sense of urgency.

• Work with the Product Line Managers to enter, update and maintain all system data as well as Line Plan worksheets, and Line Architecture tools.
• Ensure the accuracy of the style and product line information in the PDM system throughout the creation process.
• Prep for key meetings and deliverables, including sample management and preparing line sheets.

YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising, business, or equivalent work experience.
• An understanding of software and reporting tools to collect relevant data
• Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe. Miro, Airtable.
• An understanding of software and reporting tools used to collect relevant data, such as Power BI and Edited.
