Job summary

UNLV Lifelong Learning seeks an Enrichment Program Specialist to support and oversee enrichment classes, OLLI, and conference services. You will assist leadership, manage operations, and help grow revenue and membership while upholding UNLV values.

This role collaborates across university departments and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences, monitor budgets, and implement sustainable processes for non-credit education and community programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related profession.
• Master’s Degree preferred, with related lifelong learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a broad portfolio of enrichment classes and OLLI programs.
• Develop and implement processes to sustain and scale programs.
• Manage budgets and seek additional funding sources.
• Collaborate with university departments, industry partners and community groups.
