Responsabilités

• Maintain active surveillance of the pool area.
• Follow emergency procedures per YMCA policies and safe-in-six model.
• Perform chemical testing and report hazards.
• Keep accurate records as required by YMCA and health authorities.
• Provide instruction for lifeguarding classes and group swim lessons as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and training.
