ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests while using the pool and surrounding area.
- Enforce pool regulations and safety guidelines.
- Participate in pool rescues if needed.
- Maintain accurate pool water testing records.
- Assist guests with a positive and attentive demeanor.
- Provide Family Style Service at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Knowledge of the Casino Control Act regulations, as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to meet customer service standards of the department.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess a valid Red Cross Senior Lifesaving Certificate.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Good communication skills required.
