Qualifications

• SAFE-SCHOOL training within 30 days of hire date.
• Must maintain certification-level, physical and mental readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active surveillance of pool, deck and surrounding areas.
• Enforce safety rules and YMCA policies to ensure patron safety.
• Respond to emergencies per Emergency Action Plan and complete required reports.
• Perform routine pool equipment checks and ensure supplies are available.
• Attend monthly in-service trainings and other duties as assigned.
