Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Maintain active surveillance of the pool area.
• Respond to emergencies per YMCA policies and document reports.
• Foster positive relationships with members and staff.
• Apply safety rules and keep records as required.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure pool area is safe.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
