Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is hosting a Waterpark Lifeguard Hiring Event. You will enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe, fun environment and deliver extraordinary guest experiences. Immediate hiring with multiple session times.

Rate: $14-$17/hour. Must be at least 15 years old with a leadership style rooted in teamwork and service. Referral bonuses and other benefits are available during the event.

• Ability to perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service at all times.
• Participate as a team and follow the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for hazards or safety risks.

Waterpark Lifeguard

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a WaterparkLifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Rate: $14-$17/hour

September 9, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm:Suite 4.

September 19, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm:Suite A.

September 28, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm:Africa 50.

October 3, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm:Africa 50.

• $500 Referral/Sign on bonus available.
