Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas, is hiring a Lifeguard to ensure a safe waterpark experience. The role involves enforcing park rules, responding swiftly to incidents, and performing water rescues with first aid/CPR as needed.

The Lifeguard will stay vigilant, inspect pools and slides for hazards, and work within our Aquatics team to deliver exceptional guest safety and enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass certification training.
• Must be able to respond quickly to incidents requiring urgent attention.

We are inviting you to apply forthe position of Lifeguard. This role is responsible for enforcing waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. Pass certification training and be prepared to respond quickly to any incidents that require urgent attention. Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

Safety is the utmost concern of a Lifeguard, but as we strive to create unforgettable memories for our guests, we want our associates to embrace the culture as well! As a part of our Aquatics team enjoy resort discounts, access to the waterpark, fun (& food)-filled events, and incentives.

Must be available to work weekdays between 9AM and 5PM

Starting Rate: $15/hour

Immediate Hiring!

• $250 awarded to the new hire.
• $250 awarded to the referring associate.
