Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking part-time lifeguards to stand guard, enforce waterpark rules, and deliver friendly, guest-focused service while upholding the Kalahari Promise to Lead with Love.

As part of our team you will open and close water park rides, conduct safety checks, perform water rescues, and administer first aid or CPR as needed, working with colleagues to keep guests safe and entertained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Participate as a team and follow the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for hazards.

Lifeguard

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekingLifeguards. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Rate: $14-$17/hour

• $1000 Sign on bonus available!
• $500 Referral Bonus!
  • $500 awarded to the new hire.
  • $500 awarded to the referring associate.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
