Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Lifeguard to enforce waterpark rules and maintain safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Wisconsin Dells location.

Open interviews are held on select dates. The role involves water rescues, first aid/CPR, and maintaining pool and slide safety. Join a family‑owned company that leads with love and delivers unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Lifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

• September 28, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50.
• October 3, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50.
