Qualifications

• Requires ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher.
• Must be Lifeguard certified and pass Life Time education requirements.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Lead daily practices under the head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
