Life Time Inc. in Edina, MN, is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our state-of-the-art pool facilities, indoors and outdoors, and to help members improve their swimming.

You will manage and train Aquatics Team Members, provide outstanding guest service, and ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities. The role requires lifeguard and coaching experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute; swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and bring it to the top without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
