Job summary

Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark, part of HHM Hospitality, seeks an Aquatics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Aquatics Department at our Orlando, Florida property.

You will supervise lifeguard and slide attendant staff, enforce pool and sauna rules, perform rescues and first aid, and coordinate safety procedures with management and other departments. A Lifeguard Certification with CPR and First Aid is required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Clear English communication with guests and staff.
• Lifeguard certification required (including CPR/First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Lead lifeguard and slide attendant staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Supervise staff and enforce pool and sauna rules.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
• Maintain pool/sauna areas and report hazards to management.
• Coordinate safety procedures across departments and conduct pre-shift meetings.
