Qualifications

• Must analyze routine data to make judgments about inspecting/cleaning guest rooms and supervisory duties.
• Current Lifeguard Certification including CPR and First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a team mentality.
• Supervise lifeguard and slide attendant staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
• Maintain order and enforce pool rules in swimming and sauna areas.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
