Qualifications

• Swim America Red Card or instructor experience with internal training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning.
• Responds to emergencies per policy and completes documentation.
• Enforces pool rules and maintains a safe, sanitary facility.
• Administers First Aid when necessary.
• Inspects facilities and performs routine pool maintenance as scheduled.
