Job summary

One Stop Aquatic Safety LLC is seeking lifeguards to monitor pool areas, enforce rules, and provide first aid and CPR as needed at our water park facilities in Florida. Candidates must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification and pass standard lifeguard prerequisites.

Responsibilities include supervising guests, ensuring safety, and complying with local health and safety regulations; shifts include 10- and 8-hour day options, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard training certification.
• Must be able to perform lifeguard prerequisites: 100-meter swim, 2 minutes tread.
• Ability to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.

• Manage daily operations of the aquatic facility or water park, ensuring guest and staff safety and compliance with health standards.
• Monitor pool areas during lifeguard shifts, supervise large groups and enforce rules.
• Administer first aid or CPR when necessary and comply with safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties to support facility operations.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for assisting with the waterpark routine, being at the Pool Attendant or lifeguard rotation, custodial duties, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Perform lifeguard surveillance of the pool area. Provide services for large groups, including children, monitoring both visually and audibly to ensure safety, facility rules, and health standards.

Duties include, but are not limited to, enforcing rules and regulations governing the use of facilities, preventing injury or loss of life, and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the aquatic facility or water park, ensuring guest and staff safety, and compliance with water health and safety standards.
• Monitor pool areas when needed, supervising large groups and enforcing facility rules to prevent accidents.
• Administer first aid or CPR when necessary and maintain compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as required to support facility operations.
• Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard training certification.
• Must be able to perform lifeguard pre-requisites (100-meter swim, 2minutes treading water).
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Must carry out the duties, direction, and assignment as requested by the Aquatics Manager.
• Must be available to work during weekdays and weekends and/or public holidays as needed.
