Job summary

Loews Hotels Universal Orlando is seeking an experienced Lifeguard Supervisor to lead the pool services team and ensure exceptional, safe pool experiences for guests at Universal Orlando. You will oversee pool safety, equipment, towels, and guest activities, while coordinating with vendors and shaping a positive guest journey.

The role requires at least one year in recreation/aquatics supervision, strong communication, and the ability to obtain lifeguard certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recreation/aquatics supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Strong swimming ability and water confidence.
• Must be able to obtain lifeguard certification and pass exams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest safety across pool areas and enforce pool safety standards.
• Supervise day-to-day pool, beach, shuttle, and pickleball operations.
• Coordinate guest arrival, towel service, and activity scheduling.
• Train and coach recreation attendants to perform at high level.
