Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a proactive Aquatics - Pool Attendant Supervisor for the 2nd shift at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. You will supervise pool operations, ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests, and enforce all safety rules.

You will assign personnel, train attendants, assist with breaks, upsell resort facilities, perform safety inspections, maintain CPR and rescue skills, and complete reports.

Qualifications

• Effective English communication for business and safety.
• Strong swimming ability and water competency.
• Certification in deep-water safety, First Aid, and CPR is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool operations and maintain safe guest environment.
• Assign staff, train pool attendants, and manage breaks.
• Promote guest services and upsell resort facilities.
• Enforce deck, pool, and slide rules consistently.
• Perform safety inspections and keep certifications current.
