Job summary

Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Victor, NY is seeking seasonal part-time Lifeguards. You will supervise swimmers, assist with first aid, and maintain pool facilities while supporting a fast-paced hospitality environment at Troon-managed property.

Required are lifeguard experience, CPR/First Aid and water safety/instructor certifications; must be 16+. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match. This is a seasonal, on-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Cobblestone Creek Country Club, located in Victor, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for seasonal part-time Lifeguards! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilitiesof the Lifeguard:

• Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
• Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers.
• Maintains amenities in and cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms and showers.
• Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager.
• Enforces the rules of conduct.
• Performs pool maintenance to include checking chemicals and pool vacuuming.
• Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion.
• Organizes and monitors pool games at all times; suggests pool-side games.
• Skims bugs and other debris from surface to prepare pool for daily use, empties automatic skimmer.
• Cleans up and organizespool area at the end of the day.
• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications for the Lifeguard:

• Minimum of two(2) years of lifeguarding experience.
• CPR, First Aid Certification, various Water Safety/Instructor Certifications required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes.
