Job summary

Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Victor, NY is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will assist golf professionals, process reservations, and support merchandise sales and golf operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, expediting check-in, managing shop inventory, handling green and cart fees in the POS, and reconciling cash at day’s end. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Cobblestone Creek Country Club, located in Victor, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$17.50 - $17.75 per hour

Summary:

The Golf Shop Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf-related activities.
