Job summary

Bay Creek Resort in Cape Charles, VA is seeking a part-time Life Center Staff member. The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing facility access, and delivering quality member service within a dynamic hospitality setting.

Bay Creek Resort, located in Cape Charles, VA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Life Center Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$12.77 to $12.87 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club.

Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.

Professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.

Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.

Requirements:

Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment.

Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job.

Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner.

CPR Certification preferred.
