Sea Colony Recreational in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a part-time Pool Lifeguard to ensure swimmer safety and support pool operations. The role offers $18.00 per hour and requires a Red Cross Lifeguard certification by day one, along with being at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities include supervising swimmers, administering basic first aid, enforcing conduct rules, and performing routine pool maintenance. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) plan. This position is part-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Employees will be required to have their American Red Cross Lifeguard certification by their first day of work.
• Must be able to complete an interview and a swim test consisting of a 400yrd freestyle swim.

• Cleans up and organizespool area at the end of the day.
• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Eligibility Requirements:

H-2B visas are not eligible for this position. International J-1 applicants must be currently enrolled as students.
