Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a part-time lifeguard to ensure patron safety at our aquatic facility in Town of Owego, NY. Under general supervision you will monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and open/close the pool as per schedule.

You will oversee pool parties, instruct swimming lessons when available, maintain a clean environment, and assist patrons as needed while monitoring weather alerts for guest safety. ARC, First Aid and CPR certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current ARC certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment water skills test.

• Open the pool each day and close it down each evening, depending on schedule and hours.
• Monitor pool-related activities closely throughout shift and identify any safety issues.
