Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard at our Minneapolis pool facility. You will watch the pool, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to keep guests safe.

You will also teach private and group swim lessons for kids and adults, help develop and promote swim programs, and assist with center maintenance.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required or ability to obtain at hire.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or ability to obtain at hire.
• Experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons for all ages and abilities.
• Assist in developing, implementing and marketing swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.

As our new Lifeguard you will:* Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring a secure and safe environment* Employ accident prevention by enforcing pool rules and regulations* Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy* Teach private & group swim lesson to kids and adults of all abilities* Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs* Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center****Qualifications:***** Must be a minimum of 16 years of age* Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire* Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons* Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hirePer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $20.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
