The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time lifeguard to help ensure the safety of pool patrons and program participants. We welcome certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards; certification will be provided if you qualify. Availability required between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with a focus on building a safe and inclusive community.
