Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Lifeguard in Flemington, NJ. This part-time, hourly role pays $15.49-$18.50 per hour and focuses on safety, supervision, and excellent member service at our Wellness Centers.

Candidates must be 15+ with ARC Lifeguard certification (or ability to pass). Responsibilities include safeguarding pool participants, enforcing safety procedures, and keeping the pool deck clean and organized. YMCA offers a supportive leadership team and employee discounts.

• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing; and of the wellness centers
