Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking lifeguards to ensure safety and supervision of pool participants. This role emphasizes strong swim skills, safety awareness, and commitment to a nonprofit community organization.

Candidates must be 16+, hold an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or be able to pass the course), and demonstrate leadership, communication and responsibility in a team environment. YMCA membership benefits and development opportunities are available.
