Job summary

Exos in Dallas, TX is hiring a Lifeguard to ensure a safe pool environment, enforce rules, respond to injuries, and assist in developing swim programs.

You will teach private and group lessons, help market innovative aquatics programs, and keep the aquatics center clean and well maintained. Must be 16+, lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid certs, and prior lifeguard or lesson-teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy

• Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center
