Job summary

Exos in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Head Lifeguard to lead the aquatic team with a focus on safety, program delivery, and exceptional guest service. You will supervise lifeguard rotation, communicate schedule changes, and ensure clean, safe facilities while supporting frontline patrons.

The role includes coordinating emergency responses, adjusting water features, assisting with administrative duties, and providing swim instruction coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• Experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at hire.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $18.50 - $20.40/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
