Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure a safe pool environment and supervise swimmers of all ages. The role includes enforcing rules, responding to incidents, and assisting in swim instruction for kids and adults.

You will help develop and promote engaging swim programs while supporting center maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring high standards of safety and guest satisfaction at the aquatics facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• Prior lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons experience.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in development, implementation and marketing of swim programs.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
