EXOS in Minnesota is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to injuries per club policy.

You will teach private and group swim lessons, assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs, and help maintain the aquatics center. Must be 16+ with current Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them at hire. Exos supports ongoing training and a team-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Current Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications current or able to obtain at hire.

Responsabilités

Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. As our new Lifeguard you will:Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring a secure and safe environmentEmploy accident prevention by enforcing pool rules and regulationsRespond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policyTeach private & group swim lesson to kids and adults of all abilitiesAssist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programsAssist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics centerQualifications:Must be a minimum of 16 years of ageCurrent accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hirePrior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessonsCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hirePer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $20.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
