Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Lifeguard in Minneapolis, MN. You will watch the pool area, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies while teaching private and group swim lessons for all ages.

You will also assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs, and help maintain the aquatics center. Requirements include being 16 or older, lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain at hire), and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain at hire).

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
