Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to keep guests safe. You will also teach private and group swim lessons for kids and adults of all abilities while supporting program development and center cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, hold a current lifeguarding certification (or able to obtain it at hire), and possess CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Previous lifeguarding or teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current lifeguarding certification or ability to obtain it at time of hire.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain.
• Prior lifeguarding experience or teaching swim lessons is preferred.
• Ability to remain in water for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons for all ages.
• Assist in developing and marketing swim programs and maintaining the aquatics center.
