Vanderbilt Health is seeking a LifeFlight Communications CQI Coordinator to design and implement CQI metrics, track trends, build reports, and present findings to Communications Center Managers.

You will review audio/visual records for investigations, conduct root-cause analyses, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance patient transport, safety, and service quality within LifeFlight Communications.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated CQI or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data-driven performance analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory and institutional requirements.
