• Bachelor degree in accounting or business field with 5+ years experience.
• Ability to read drawings and understand bills of material.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supports RFP process for field service technical and mechanical services.
• Prepares technical service quotations for customers as required.
• Codes and processes Basware invoicing for the group.
• Monitors invoicing timing and backs backlog meetings for timeliness.
• Creates service projects in LN including field tech and turnkey work.
• Handles customer purchase orders and issues with vendors.
