Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Project Specialist to support the North America Pulp & Energy Field Services group with lifecycle projects. The role collaborates with Field Service, Sales and Product teams to plan and coordinate service activities for Valmet equipment installations and maintenance at customer sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field with 5+ years of experience, strong drawing reading ability, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to read drawings and associated bills-of-material.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle projects within the North America Pulp & Energy Field Services group.
• Prepare technical service quotations and process Basware invoices.
• Create and schedule work orders, track field service activity and invoicing backups.
